The aim is to help social economy through the implementation of business Redesign & Reuse to a sustainable recovery of the labor market and to increase innovation and competitiveness businesses. The business Redesign & Reuse link the environmental concerns of waste prevention and resource conservation with the creation of jobs in social enterprises. Many socio-economic companies whose core competence is the integration of disadvantaged people in the labor market, are facing major economic challenges. They lack the capacity and resources to professionalize itself. On the other hand, however, these businesses offer people a job that otherwise could no longer working at all. Transboundary programmes, developing the professionalization of social economic enterprises – developed jointly by expertsfrom the area of science and practical life – , should enable employees to the innovative development of REdesign, introducing the design to the market and to be able to contribute to the economic strengthening of the company. The stakeholder partnership and the targeted collaboration with economic actors allows cross-border know-how transfer and shows a successful alternative towards a sustainable economy.The professionalisation program is a contribution to lifelong learning for adults and provides opportunities for action to confront the economic transformation in the sector.
